Fred Visser, age 97, of Holland, went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at U of M West Hospital.
He was a member of Central Avenue Christian Reformed Church.
Fred was preceded in death by his wife, Ida; brother, Louis; in-laws, Richard Sytsma, Herman Meyer, Marilyn Visser.
Fred is survived by his sons, Ken and Teresa Visser, Henry and Carol Visser, David and Jane Visser, Duane and Linda Visser; 10 grandchildren; Matt (Sarah) Visser, Phil (Brooke) Visser, Michael (Bethany) Visser, Amanda (Anthony) Pipkin, Brandon (Jennifer) Visser, Aaron (Crystal) Visser, Christian Visser, Colin Visser, Alyssa Visser, Rylee Visser; 9 great grandchildren; siblings, Jennie Meyer, Lina Sytsma, John (Cory) Visser; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 9, 2026 at Central Avenue Christian Reformed Church, 259 Central Ave. Holland with Rev. Chad Steenwyk officiating. Burial will be in Lakewood Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Sunday, November 8, at Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E. 16th St. Holland.
