OTSEGO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A 37-year-old Otsego man will be charged this week with arson and contributing to the delinquency of a minor as a habitual offender for starting a fire that destroyed a playground earlier this month.
He is already in the Allegan County Jail on separate charges.
Otsego Police and Fire Director Brad Misner says additional charges are likely.
The arson did between $45,000 and $50,000 damage at Northside Park.
